Welcome In-one-click is a shared digital platform which aims to facilitate access to employment and free vocational training opportunities for refugees by strengthening partnership initiatives between companies and civil society organisations.
How? By enabling users to create online CVs, share job opportunities, reply to adverts, co-design inclusion projects and much more.

My name is Hassan Al Khalidi, and I currently work as a sales associate at IN'S Mercato.
In February, I had the opportunity to interview with the manager of the Bologna store. Thanks in part to the constant support of the staff members who guided me through every step of the process, I secured a three-year employment contract in March.
Today, I am part of the IN'S Mercato team, where I have found a welcoming environment, helpful colleagues, and a manager I greatly respect. For me, this job represents not only a significant milestone but also the start of a new life in Bologna.

The coordinating role I play as a WLO is, above all, a work of connection. On one side, the users and the network of local services; on the other, Fondazione Adecco, UNHCR, and the corporate system.

Over the past months, I have witnessed strong synergies come to life—synergies that allowed people with complex migration journeys to be re-evaluated for what they are capable of doing.

Umana, dal 2023 oltre 4.500 contratti per i rifugiati
Per il terzo anno consecutivo l’Agenzia per il lavoro Umana ha ottenuto dall’UNHCR (l’Agenzia ONU per i Rifugiati), il premio “Welcome. Working for Refugee Integration”, consegnato in occasione della giornata mondiale del rifugiato. L’agenzia per il lavoro, guidata dall’amministratore delegato Giuseppe Venier, dal 2023 ha attivato oltre 4.500 contratti di lavoro per persone rifugiate. I contratti sono in crescita di anno in anno e nel 2025 sono stati il 19,7% in più.

Più di 16.200 percorsi professionali avviati nel solo 2024 e oltre 50.300 inserimenti complessivi dal 2017: sono i numeri record della settima edizione del programma “Welcome. Working for Refugee Integration”, promosso da UNHCR Italia per favorire l’inserimento lavorativo dei rifugiati grazie alla collaborazione tra aziende, istituzioni e società civile.
Ieri, durante la Giornata mondiale del rifugiato, il rapporto annuale ha messo in luce una crescita del 38% rispetto al 2023 nel numero di percorsi attivati, confermando il successo di un programma che si è trasformato in un modello strutturato di inclusione, fondato su un approccio multistakeholder.

Un sondaggio diffuso dall'Unhcr certifica la maggioranza silenziosa favorevole a offrire ospitalità a chi ne ha bisogno. Premiate 227 aziende che offrono percorsi professionali alle persone in fuga.
Nonostante certa politica cavalchi in tutto il mondo la paura dello straniero, c’era una maggioranza silenziosa che chiede ai governi più attenzione verso i rifugiati. Soprattutto agli esecutivi dei «Paesi ricchi» che «dovrebbero assumersi maggiore responsabilità» nel loro sostegno, certifica il sondaggio globale Ispos reso noto dall’Unhcr, l’Agenzia Onu per i rifugiati.

Il progetto di Unhcr ha fotografato nel 2023 l’avvio di 11.700 percorsi di inserimento professionale grazie a 220 imprese.

L’UNHCR ha conferito a Banca Ifis il premio “Welcome – Working for Refugee Integration” per l’impegno a favore dell’integrazione lavorativa dei rifugiati.
